Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY – NOCTE BEAUTY, LLC

This Shipping Policy explains how NOCTE BEAUTY, LLC (“Nocte Beauty”) handles order processing, shipping options, and delivery.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. A physical street address is required.

If you enter a shipping address that we cannot deliver to, we may contact you to request an alternate address or cancel and refund the order.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Orders placed after normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing may take slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.


3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We use common carriers such as UPS and USPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times may include:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch for most U.S. addresses.
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Factors such as carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes may affect delivery.


4. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may depend on:

  • Order total
  • Selected shipping method
  • Destination address

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (for example, free standard shipping over a certain order amount). Any such promotions will be clearly stated on the Site.


5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

You can track your order using the link in the email or by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website.


6. Risk of Loss

Once we hand your order to the carrier (UPS/USPS/etc.), title and risk of loss pass to you. This means:

  • If a package is damaged or lost in transit, we will help you work with the carrier, but we are not responsible for carrier errors.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, see Section 7 below.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your property (porch, side door, back door, garage area) and with neighbors or building management.
  2. Wait 1–2 business days after the first “delivered” scan, as carriers sometimes mark a package delivered a little early.
  3. If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly (UPS or USPS) with your tracking number to start an investigation.

Nocte Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered to the address you provided. However, if you experience an issue, please email us and we will do our best to help you find a solution on a case-by-case basis.


8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, we can either:
    • Reship the package to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
    • Refund the order minus original shipping costs.
  • If the package is delivered to an incorrect address that you provided and is not returned to us, we may not be able to refund or resend it.

If you realize a mistake in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, email us at support@noctebeauty.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will try to correct the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.


9. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives with visible damage (broken bottle, leaking product, etc.):

  1. Take photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged product.
  2. Email us at support@noctebeauty.com within a reasonable time (preferably within 48 hours of delivery).
  3. Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.

We will review and typically either:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund for the damaged item(s),

depending on product availability and the situation. Please do not discard damaged items until we confirm the resolution.


10. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, your order may ship in multiple boxes (for example, if part of the order is backordered or ships from a different facility). If so:

  • You will receive tracking information for each shipment (if available).
  • Items shipped separately may arrive on different days.

You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments unless you specifically requested separate shipments.


11. Holidays and Special Circumstances

Shipping and carrier operations may be affected around major U.S. holidays or during events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier strikes, emergency situations). This can cause delays. We cannot be held liable for such delays, but we will do our best to support you and keep you informed if we are aware of widespread issues.


12. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site and placement of orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
